Postpåminder for Blackbox/Fluxbox

bbmail er en lille postpåminder (viser ulæste og læst post), som kan bruges i vindueshåndteringerne Blackbox eller Fluxbox. Programmet ligner andre påmindelsesprogrammer såsom xbiff men med nogle ekstra funktioner:

 * Alle farver og overgange kan ændres
 * Understøttelse for flere postkasser og tilbydelse af en menu der
   viser dem alle (og deres ulæste/samlet antal post)
 * Understøttelse for optælning af post via eksterne programmer. Programmet
   kan bruges til at påminde via POP- eller IMAP-afkrydsningsbokse med
   fetchpop/fetchmail
 * Mulighed for at »kopiere« Blackbox-værktøjsstil
 * Mulighed for at starte kommando når ny post ankommer (f.eks. afspille
   lyd)
