email-reminder로 사용자는 전자메일로 상기하고 싶은 이벤트를 정의할 수 있습니다. 가능한 이벤트에는 생일, 기념일, 연간 행사가 있습니다. 리마인더는 이벤트 당일이나 며칠 앞서 보낼 수 있습니다.

이 패키지에는 이벤트를 확인하고 하루에 한 번 리마인더를 보내는 cron 작업과 받기를 원하는 리마인더를 사용자가 편집할 수 있는 간단한 GUI가 포함되어 있습니다.

자신의 컴퓨터가 밤에 꺼져 있다면 anacron 패키지를 꼭 설치하십시오. 그렇지 않으면 리마인더를 받을 수 없습니다.
