vnStat è un monitor del traffico di rete per Linux. Mantiene un registro del traffico di rete giornaliero per le interfacce selezionate. vnStat non è uno sniffer per pacchetti. Le informazioni sul traffico sono analizzate dal file system /proc perciò vnStat può essere usato senza i permessi di root.
