Questo pacchetto crea un registro del traffico di rete. Fornisce un demone (nacctd) che registra tutto il traffico che attraversa la macchina su cui gira (in maniera simile a ciò che fa tcpdump).

È fornita la possibilità di associare il traffico agli utenti SLIP/PPP nel caso in cui sia in esecuzione un server SLIP/PPP.
