Il modulo mod_fsync tenta di evitare colli di bottiglia facendo il flush forzato su disco dei buffer usati per i file aperti in scrittura dopo che è stato scritto un certo numero di byte (ad esempio, dopo che 128 KB sono stati scritti su un file).
