Cwm (pronunciato cum) è un elaboratore di dati di uso generico per il web semantico, qualcosa simile a ciò che sed, awk, ecc. sono per i file di testo o XSLT è per l'XML. È uno strumento per ragionamento con concatenazione in avanti che può essere usato per interrogare, controllare, trasformare e filtrare le informazioni. Il suo linguaggio principale è RDF, esteso per includere regole e usa le serializzazioni RDF/XML o RDF/N3 (Notation3) come richiesto.
