SlowHTTPTest è uno strumento molto configurabile che simula alcuni attacchi Denial of Service a livello applicazione.

Implementa la maggior parte dei comuni attacchi Denial of Service a livello applicazione a bassa banda, come:

  * Slowloris;
  * POST HTTP lento;
  * attacco della lettura lenta (basato sullo sfruttamento della
    temporizzazione della persistenza TCP) consumando il pool di
    connessioni concorrenti;
  * attacco Apache Range Header causando un utilizzo molto significativo di
    memoria e CPU sul server.
