Svn-all-fast-export er et værktøj til at konvertere Subversion-arkiver til git.

Dette værktøj tager en kopi af Subversionarkivet (ikke kun en aflæsning) samt en rules-fil, som specificerer hvordan konverteringen skal udføres og fremstiller et råt git-arkiv. Via regulære udtryk angiver rules-filen hvordan Subversiongrene og mærker skal oprettes i git-arkivet. Eksempler på rules-filer er inkluderet i </usr/share/doc/svn-all-fast-export/examples>.

En forfatterfil (authors) som oversætter de gamle svn-konti til de fulde forfatternavne og e-postadresser kan også tilbydes for at få historikken til at se meget kønnere ud.
