Testování regrese HTTP a výkonu

Siege je nástroj pro regresní testování a testování výkonu. Umí provádět stresové testy jedné adresy URL s uživatelský definovaným počtem současných uživatelů, nebo načíst hromadu adres URL do paměti počítače najednou. Program informuje o celkovém počtu nahraných stránek, přenesených bytech, odezvě, souběžnosti a návratovém stavu. Siege podporuje protokoly HTTP/1.0 a 1.1, direktivy GET a POST, cookies, logování transakcí a základní metody autentizace. Jeho schopnosti je možné konfigurovat na uživatelské úrovni.

Poznámka: Tento balíček obsahuje podporu HTTPS, takže nahrazuje zastaralý balíček siege-ssl.
