Libuninum è una libreria per convertire stringhe Unicode in numeri e numeri in stringhe Unicode. Le funzioni standard come strtoul, strtod e sprintf lo fanno per i numeri scritti nel comune sistema di numerazione occidentale che usa i numerali arabi, ma non gestiscono altri sistemi di numerazione.
