This package is a dummy package used in conjunction with kodi-addons-dev to detect if a binary addon should be built for given Debian architecture.
The alternative to introducing this package is marking kodi-addons-dev back as arch:any, but this makes Lintian and multi-arch hinter noisy.
If Kodi upstream starts shipping architecture-specific development libraries again, they will land in this package.
