pomegranate provides a Clojure interface to sonatype-aether. It supports the following features from Aether:

 *Dependency resolution and common dependency graph/hierarchy manipulation
  operations.
 *Local installation of artifacts.
 *Remote deployment.
 *Repository authentication.
 *HTTP proxy configuration.
 *Offline mode.
